We never ask for payment up-front! Customers pay only at pickup, we trust you will arrive to pickup your fruit. If something comes up and you can’t make it, let us know and we will sell your fruit to another customer.
Hey we get it! Things change so just let us know and we’ll cancel your initial order and you can place a new pre-order. If all you need to do is add to your pre-order simply submit a new pre-order!
All pre-order customers should immediately receive a confirmation email. Check that spam/junk folder if it hasn’t arrived yet. Still can’t find it? Reach out to us via our contact form and we will check for you.
